Yes, our regular fudge is gluten free. We will advise you if some of our special flavours aren’t. Each flavour contains information on the ingredients. Please feel free to check with us when you place your order
We also have some sucrose-free chocolate fudge, which is suitable for Type 2 diabetics.
Yes we have a small range of dairy-free chocolate fudge and are we are working on more flavours. This fudge is also suitable for vegans. It needs to be stored in the refrigerator. Our non-dairy fudges are made in small batches and may contain almond, rice or soy milk. It can be packed for travel in reusable airtight New Zealand-made “Sistema” containers.
All our fudge flavours contain white sugar, brown sugar, non-fat milk solids, cream (milk), powder, butter and water.
Our chocolate-based fudge also has sugar, corn syrup solids, chocolate liquor, hydrogenated palm kernel oil with soy lecithin, cocoa, sorbitol, salt, cocoa butter.
Our plain-based fudge also has sugar, hydrogenated palm kernel oil with soy lecithin, corn syrup solids, sorbitol, and salt.
Other ingredients that may be in some fudges include natural and artificial flavours, potassium sorbate (mould inhibitor). Some fudge may contain nuts. Please note that our fudge is manufactured on the same equipment that may process wheat, egg, peanuts and tree nuts.
Our fudge will keep for at least 3 months in a cool temperature. It can be refrigerated in an airtight container and even frozen if you need to!
Yes, we are happy to send fudge as a gift and can include a card and message from you. Just let us know when you order.

All our fudge is made in our commercial kitchen in Henderson West Auckland.
We will courier all over New Zealand and worldwide. Depending where you live it will cost between $6 - $12. Rural deliveries are an additional $5. So far we have shipped our fudge to several cities in Australia and the U.S.A.
We make fudge three times a week so it is always fresh.
